Born from a love
of Spanish cooking
El Corcho opened its doors in Arturo Soria with a simple dream: to bring the best traditional Spanish cooking to the neighbourhood. Tapas and raciones made with care, seasonal produce and recipes that honour tradition.
The name — el corcho (the cork) — reminds us of that simple and joyful ceremony of opening a good bottle. That pause in the day when time stops and what matters is what's in front of you: the food, the people, the moment.
Today El Corcho is a meeting point for Arturo Soria locals and for those who travel from other parts of Madrid to enjoy cooking that speaks with honesty.
